GL-GENERAL LEDGER

General Ledger module provides full management over the information required for the company financial control in a centralized computerized accounting system. This module provides accurate record of the financial transactions, to enable management, and to exercise financial control over corporation and company business through management accounts on accrual basis. The General Ledger module is in full compliance with the IAS as well as with local standards and regulation.

In general this module does:

·         Flexible Accounting Code Chart, user easy to use and arange, on multiple language, as  hierarchical multilevel tree structure   with no limitations on the type or the levels of account codes (numeric such as French or German, textual  as  American  alphanumeric)

·         Multi atribute (over 10 ) definition of the transaction 

·         Long term, longer than 5 years, maintaining of the on line processing and reporting.

·         Corporate accounting system. System enables individual booking and in same time provides aggregate reporting for corporation.

·         Flexible balance reporting by allowing multiple versions of the balance reports.

·         Budgeting and online budget performance reporting. 

·         Graphical presentation of the accounting reports.

·         Interface with other package modules.

·         Interface with the Government regulations, procedures and documents.
