PR-PAYROLL

The primary activity of payroll is compensation of employees. The payroll calculates the compensation based on:

• Profit and Cost centre structure

• Monthly, weekly, daily or hourly work,

• Categories of work and allowance,

• Implementing individual, department and company performance

The deduction part allows implementation of variety of flexible and comprehensive state and local taxes in accordance with the local regulations as well as other contribution and fees related to the health, pension and other systems.

The Payroll module enables management of the employee’s loans.

During the opening of the period calculation system generates default Time sheet data.

After entering – updating Time sheet data user can do initial calculation.

Final calculation will be transferred in Payroll Archive.

All this process can be undo and redo without any.

The Payroll module will provide the following:

• Final Company and department payroll reports

• Transfer voucher for payments into bank,

• Payroll journal.

• Pay slips,

• Salary calculations,

• Monthly salary reports,

• Yearly salary reports.

Payroll reporting can be requested time-by-time or ad-hoc.
