Customer Care and Billing
Customer Care and Billing (CCB) is application designed, developed and deployed by KOMTEL.
CCB application consists of several modules and sub modules as:

This system has been deployed in: Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK), Water and Waste Utilities in Albania (Lezhë, Durrës, Fier, Saranda) etc.
