Legal Aid Information System

This application developed for Leagal Aid Agency of Kosovo enables central management of requests for provision of the Legal Aid for people in need. Each regional Legal Aid officer registers and manages requests which are automatically stored in Central office, promoting planning and effective coordination between the Agency and its regional offices.

This application enables:

• Accurate registration of requests for provision of Legal Aid and controlled management of data by responsible officers
• Increased transparency related to taken decisions on respective cases,
• Swift and efficient reporting on all cases, by their status, category, period, regional center, donator, etc.
