Design and Installation of SCADA System in KOSTT

In partnership with ALSTOM Grid (ex-AREVA T&D) Komtel has implemented SCADA/EMS System for Transmission and System operator of Kosovo, KOSTT. Project activities of Komtel included:

Design, Assembling, MountIng on site and installation of Remote terminal units in 23 locations all over Kosovo
Installation of relay protection and SCS in SS 220/110 kV Prizreni 2
Installation of Hardware for Control Centre and Emergency Control Centre (servers, workstations, KVM extenders, printers, etc)
Design, Supply and installation of central HVAC system for server rooms of SCADA / EMS and telecommunications in Control Centre.
Supply and installation of 48 VDC Battery charger system for telecommunication room in Control Centre.
Design, supply and installation of diesel generator for Control Centre and Emergency Control Centre
Supply Installation and Connection of communication equipment (protocol converters)
Supply, installation and configuration of weather stations in 5 locations all over Kosovo
Design, supply and Installation of Control centre operators desks and other office furniture
Electrical Installation woks on distribution of power supply, telecom installation works on LAN and telecom of National control centers KCS and EKCS (laying, marking and connection of power supply cables, telecom cables, assembling and installation of power supply panels and telecom panels)
Training for Operating System, Database and Control Centre power supplies
Help desk and Technical support services
