KOSTT ITSMO Metering System

Komtel, in partnership with company Koncar, has implemented the remote metering system for transmission and system operator of Kosovo, KOSTT in the border of 110/35kV Substations.

• Design and implementation of the Remote Metering Center based on Landis & Gyr metering technology,
• Supply, mounting, installation, configuration of hardware, software and telecommunication network of automatic meter reading system,
• Supply, mounting, installation of combined CT/VT Transformers,
• Supply, mounting, installation and parameterization of digital meters and their integration in AMR system.
• Assembling of metering panels, installation and configuration of the communication equipment
• Electrical installation works, telecom installation works,
• Minor civil and mechanical works
• Besides the AMR system implemented in KOSTT HQ in Prishtina, project has included works in all Substations of KOSTT all over Kosovo.
• Trainings, design and “as built” documentation
