Upgrade and Update of KOSTT SCADA EMS System

Komtel Project Engineering, in partnership with ALSTOM is working on update and upgrade of KOSTT SCADA EMS. Project includes:

• Integration of new substations and new bays in KOSTT SCADA EMS
• Implementation of all changes in KOSTT transmission system (HV, MV equipment, overhead lines, secondary equipment)
• Integration in KOSTT SCADA EMS of transmission operators of Macedonia (MEPSO) and Serbia (EMS)
• Implementation of new boundary between KOSTT and KEDS
• Upgrade of software and hardware

2014 – ongoing
